Sunday School
‘God is Love’ are the words hanging prominently as you enter our Sunday School. This is the most important lesson we teach our students – to know God as Love that never fails, that is more powerful than fear, that is a natural part of who they are as God’s children.
Lessons for the youngest Sunday School classes begin with a focus on the Ten Commandments, the Lord’s Prayer, and the Sermon on the Mount. As they advance, students continue to explore the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. They learn about other ways to know God—as divine Life, Truth, Love, Spirt, Soul, Mind, Principle. During this thoughtful hour of class discussion, they talk about how God can be understood and relied upon for answers to any problems they may face.
Anyone from about 3 years to the age of 20 is welcome to attend our Sunday School.
Nursery
Our youngest children – up to about 3 years – are cared for in our colorful nursery during all our services. Feel free to come just for a visit or come regularly!
