Are you searching for stability and peace?

In the Bible, God is referred to as our rock, our fortress, our shepherd, our father, and our refuge. Understanding our relationship to God in this way and leaning upon the strength and power of Divine Love helps free us from the fear and anxiety that comes with thinking inside the “human” box. Learning to see outside the box – with our spiritual sense – is what we’re all about. We’re looking past what the physical senses are saying to find out how God is caring for us right now: with truth, wonder, grace, connectivity, harmony, and yes – stability and peace!

Would you like a new view of God?

Have you ever thought of God as Love? How about as Truth? In Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, Mary Baker Eddy answers the question, “What is God?” with this sentence, “God is incorporeal, divine, supreme, infinite Mind, Spirit, Soul, Principle, Life, Truth, Love.” In other words, God is Mind, and God is Spirit, and God is Soul, and God is Principle, and God is Life, and God is Truth, and God is Love. Using these synonyms for God allows us to get to know God – not as a larger-than-life-person – but as the unending source of justice, mercy, honesty, love, law, vitality, and much, much more.

Can God be known to you right now in your daily life?

Absolutely! For over 100 years Christian Scientists have been experiencing God in their lives in practical ways: with health restored, with hearts healed, with lives saved, and with characters transformed. We welcome you on this journey of knowing – moment by moment – the peace that God brings into our lives right here and now.
